The beginnings
In March 2021, the adventure began, and the building site along with it. Amina and Pierre decided to embark on the creation of Holy Brunch together. Amina, being an architect, wanted to create a warm place where people could gather every day to have brunch and share some quality time. Pierre, with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, both in operational management and in the expansion and opening of restaurants, intends to delight the senses of his guests with a gourmet, homemade and tasteful cuisine.
Pierre Castelli
Graduated from the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Pierre forged his experience between Europe, Latin America and the United States before moving to Morocco in 2014 and opening 24 internationally renowned franchises. Passionate about brunches, a new page in his career was written when he decided in May 2022 to open his own restaurant.
Amina El Alaoui
Trained as an architect, Amina has made several people happy by building several villas, public sector projects and setting up offices. Amina has always been passionate about gastronomy and has always enjoyed sharing good food with friends and family. Her plans were turned upside down when she discovered her passion for the restaurant business while accompanying her husband for the Holy Brunch opening.

Two months passed before Holy Brunch saw the light of day and welcomed its first customers on 8 May 2022. Holy Brunch quickly became the temple of brunches in Casablanca, in a sunny and warm atmosphere.
